Nothing major went down in The League Saturday night, but Agent 0 returned!!! In his first game back after missing the whole season thus far, Gilbert Arenas returned to the Wizards starting lineup, and contributed 15 points and 10 assists. he was just 3-12, and the Wizards lost, but it's good to see Arenas back on the court. For the past 5 years or so, many have felt that the Washington trio of Arenas, Antawn Jamison, and Caron Butler, has the potential to elevate the Wizards to the elite ranks of the league.
Of course, King James has put ends to those hopes a couple times, as have injuries to each member of the Wizards trio. The Wizards certainly believe that they still have a chance to be in the top tier of teams, but that obviously won't be the case this season, as their record is amongst the worst in the league. I don't doubt that Agent 0 can come back and put the ball in the hoop on a regular basis, but if the Wizards think they have a shot to make some real noise, they'd better act fast, because the door that's slowly been closing for years, will be shut for good if something doesn't happen next season.
