Things To Think About...
- Granted, the refs failed to call a foul on Antoine Wright. But: 1. As Hubie Brown said, why did he stop playing if the ref hadn't blown the whistle? 2. Why wouldn't he hack the sh** out of Melo, and make it a clear cut foul? 3. How about manning up and playing D. How can a team be upset at the refs for not calling a foul on them? That doesn't even make sense.
- The Cavs D is nasty. As much of a freak as Bron is, the D may be the Cavs' most dangerous aspect. There have been so many times this season, including last night, when they'll be losing, and, the next time you look up, there up by double digits and in complete control. That's a product of great defense.
Other League News: Suns Name Gentry Head Coach...
The Phoenix Suns are sticking with coach Alvin Gentry.
The Suns removed the interim tag attached to his title since he took over the club in February.
Suns president Steve Kerr made the announcement on Saturday, calling Gentry "the right man to lead our team into the future."
Gentry took over the struggling Suns on Feb. 16 after coach Terry Porter was fired just four months into his first season with the club.
The Suns failed to make the playoffs despite the coaching change.
