6 games in The League on Easter Sunday...Highlights: Dwayne Wade torched the Knicks for 55 in Miami's 122-105 W. A man possessed, Wade apparently wasn't even talking to his teammates before the game. Wade was 19-30, 6-12 from deep, and scored 16, 11, and 23 points through the first 3 quarters, respectively. In addition, he had 9 boards and 4 assists. Michael Beasley had a monster game, as well, contributing 28 points and 16 rebounds as the Heat locked up the East's 5 seed.......The Cavs obliterated Boston, 107-76, to improve to 39-1 at The Q....CP3 and David West continued to carry the Hornets by themselves. Each had 31, and combined for an excellent 25-36 from the field. Paul also had 17 dimes and 9 boards.
On another note, KB24, LBJ, and Dwayne Wade have all EXPLODED on NY this season, going for 61, 52, 50 and 55, respectively (the last two are D. Wade). Not to take anything away from each player's phenomenal performance, and "The Garden", but how much of these outbursts should be attributed to Mike D'Antoni and the Knicks' pathetic defense? It's gotta be more than just coincidence that all three of these guys have had career nights on the Knicks.
